If you wish to initiate a return, please notify Mint Indonesia CH within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Returns must be sent back to us within 5 days from the shipment receipt date, using Registered Mail with insurance for the full item value. Items should remain in their original sealed holders to be eligible for return. A non-negotiable 10% return handling fee will be deducted from the refund for returned lot(s). Please note that postage and handling charges are non-refundable, and we do not reimburse postage for return shipping unless agreed upon prior. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
