Shipping Policy

1.We recommend using JNE for local (Indonesia) deliveries and FedEx Express Service for overseas shipping. All items will be duly declared and insured. Buyers are welcome to suggest their preferred shipping courier. However, any shipping losses not covered by insurance (such as force majeure, war, natural disasters, famine, or other catastrophic occurrences) are solely the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping will be processed within 3 business days. Business hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

3. Tracking numbers will be provided to customers upon request.

4. Customers are required to provide complete addresses, including street name, number, locality/district, city/region, province/state, country, and an active phone number. Any failed delivery or loss during the return due to an incomplete address is the customer’s responsibility, and no refund will be issued.

5. Overseas customers should be mindful of their country’s customs and tax regulations and should be willing to assume any charges associated with importing items. Any disposal or seizure by the destination country’s customs is the customer’s responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund.

6. In case of shipment loss, a refund will be provided to the customer following an investigation by the insurance company. The customer will be responsible for any incurred wire costs.

7. Customers are required to record a clear and uninterrupted video during the unboxing process. Claims of lost items without a clear and uninterrupted video will result in the voiding of the guarantee.
